A fix has been implemented which should allow newly added users to login to the Miovision One and Traffic Data Online websites. We will continue to monitor this and will provide updates if needed.

Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue for Miovision One and Traffic Data Online where newly added users are receiving a "Unable to verify the first certificate" error message when attempting to login.

Existing users who have already verified their accounts and logged into these websites are not impacted.
