We have identified the root cause of new invoices and credit memos not appearing in the Miovision Customer Portal (My.Miovision). We are diligently working on implementing a fix and the current ETA for deployment is Thursday May 15th. We will continue to provide updates if anything changes.

Investigating
We have identified an issue with the Miovision Customer Portal (My.Miovision) which has resulted in invoices and credit memos generated after April 1st not showing on the site. We are actively working on adding the missing invoices to the site along with resolving the issue.
Older invoices can still be accessed and the rest of the site's functionality is working as intended. Invoices are emailed to your organizations accounts payable contact every month so they should have a copy but feel free to contact support@miovision.com if there is anything we can assist you with while we work on adding the invoices to My.Miovision.
